金螳螂：陆梦汐接任内审负责人、聘任郑娟为证券事务代表

3月23日，金螳螂（002081）发布公告，公司原内审负责人钱萍因内部工作岗位调整，不再担任该职务。董事会决定聘任陆梦汐为新任内审负责人。

同时，公司聘任郑娟为证券事务代表，协助董事会秘书开展相关工作。

2025年前三季度，金螳螂实现收入132.75亿元，归母净利润3.82亿元。
