格隆汇3月31日丨深桑达Ａ(000032.SZ)公布，公司之全资子公司中国电子系统技术有限公司（简称“中国系统”）拟以公开征集方式转让其所持有的河北工大科雅科技集团股份有限公司（证券代码：301197，简称“工大科雅”）1270.5万股股份，占其股份总数10.54%。
