广东宏大(002683.SZ)：申请注册发行中期票据及超短期融资券

格隆汇3月26日丨广东宏大(002683.SZ)公布，为拓宽融资渠道，优化债务结构，满足公司进一步发展的资金需求，公司拟注册发行不超过25亿元中期票据和不超过5亿元超短期融资券。本次公开发行债务融资工具事项尚需提交公司股东会审议，并经有关部门注册后方可实施。
