格隆汇3月23日｜伟时电子(605218.SH)跌停报16.75元，股价创去年4月10日以来近一年新低。伟时电子公布，因自身资金需求，渡边庸一先生计划通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过728.44万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。减持期间为自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的三个月内。(格隆汇)
