金银河(300619.SZ)跌约5%至39.72元，股价创去年10月28日以来近5个月新低。金银河公布，持股5%以上股东广州海汇财富创业投资企业(有限合伙)拟自本减持计划公告之日起15个交易日后的3个月内以集中竞价或大宗交易等方式减持公司股份不超过750万股(占公司总股本比例4.31%)。(格隆汇)
