金鹰股份：关于公司续聘会计师事务所的公告

证券日报网讯  4月1日，金鹰股份发布公告称，公司续聘天健会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）为2026年度财务及内控审计机构，2025年度财务审计费用110万元、内控审计费用20万元，项目合伙人尉建清、签字注册会计师周王飞、质量复核沈颖玲组成审计团队，尚需股东会批准后生效。
