嘉元科技：关于实施“嘉元转债”赎回暨摘牌的第十六次提示性公告

证券日报网讯  3月30日，嘉元科技发布公告称，公司将于2026年4月1日登记赎回全部“嘉元转债”，赎回价100.3123元/张，赎回款于4月2日发放；4月1日为最后转股日，未转股部分将被强制赎回并于4月2日摘牌，持有人可按33.18元/股转股或接受赎回。
