新黄浦：关于董事长离任的公告

证券日报网讯  3月25日，新黄浦发布公告称，因个人身体原因，公司董事长赵峥嵘先生申请辞去公司董事长、董事会战略委员会主任委员、董事职务。赵峥嵘先生的离任未导致公司董事会成员低于法定最低人数，不会对公司的日常生产经营产生不利影响，不存在应当履行而未履行的承诺事项。
