宏柏新材：关于实施“宏柏转债”赎回暨摘牌的第七次提示性公告

证券日报网讯 3月17日，宏柏新材发布公告称，公司将于2026年3月20日对登记在册的“宏柏转债”按100.3726元/张强制赎回，赎回款于3月23日发放；3月18日起停止交易，最后转股日为3月20日，未转股部分将被摘牌。
