和顺石油：奎芯科技是半导体接口IP供应商

证券日报网讯  3月17日，和顺石油在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示，奎芯科技是半导体接口IP供应商。目前，奎芯科技能够应用在存储芯片设计领域的高性能产品涵盖：HBM3/3E，LPDDR5 / LPDDR5X 以及ONFI 5.0 / 5.1 / 6.0 NAND Flash。除了高速接口IP设计和授权外，奎芯科技同时在IO Die与Chiplet层面布局。
