晨光生物：关于子公司完成变更登记的公告

证券日报网讯 3月16日，晨光生物发布公告称，公司因发展需要，决定变更子公司——晨光生物科技集团（海南）有限公司（简称“海南晨光”）法定代表人等相关登记信息。相关的变更登记事项及备案手续已于近日办理完成，并取得了海南省市场监督管理局核发的营业执照。
