Technological innovation is the core driving force forthe Company's development. In 2024, we continuedto develop key areas such as intelligent sewing, digitalfactories, and automated production lines. Throughthe hot product strategy, we successfully launchedflagship products such as "A.M.H" and "Urus", leadingthe garment manufacturing industry into the era ofintelligent quick response. We continued to accelerateSKU streamlining, improved R&D efficiency, optimizedproduct structure, and promoted the development of theCompany's products towards high-end, intelligent, andflexible. In 2024, we comprehensively

deepened the reform of the industrial chain, optimizedresource allocation through end-to-end high-qualitymanagement, and promoted the localization, intelligenceand standardization of core components, to enhancethe stability and efficiency of the industrial chain. Interms of industrial chain collaboration, we continued tooptimize the global procurement system, strengthenedpartnerships, and built an efficient, flexible andsustainable industrial ecosystem with higher qualitystandards and faster response speeds. With a zero-defect quality management system, we enhanced qualityawareness, and optimized manufacturing processes, toensure that product quality reaches the world's leadinglevel.Meanwhile, we actively improved the service systembased on customer needs, to provide more competitivesolutions for global garment manufacturers. We furtherstrengthened localized operations overseas, improvedservice capabilities in key markets such as Bangladesh,Cambodia, and Vietnam, optimized the logistics network,improved delivery efficiency, and helped customersreduce costs and increase efficiency, enhancing theirmarket competitiveness.Green manufacturing: practice sustainabledevelopmentLow carbon and environmental protection have becomeimportant trends in the global manufacturing industry. In2024, we continued to promote green manufacturing,comprehensively optimized production processes,improved energy efficiency, and reduced carbonemissions, contributing to the sustainable developmentof the industry. We carried out photovoltaic powergeneration projects, achieving 17.5015 million kWh

of electricity generation throughout the year, reducing14,500 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent, and e?ectivelyreducing the Company's environmental impact. Inaddition, we actively adopted non-toxic and harmlessgreen raw materials and environmentally friendly newmaterials, and accelerated green technology innovationsuch as green design, energy-saving manufacturing, andrecycling, realizing a win-win situation of economic andenvironmental benets.Responsibility-driven leadership: build acollaborative ecosystemThe success of a company is not only about commercialvalue, but also about social responsibility. The area is exposed to climatechange risks all year around such as typhoons and strong winds, heavy rains and storm surges caused by typhoons. To dealwith these potential threats, the Company established a comprehensive typhoon emergency response mechanism and furtherreduced risks by purchasing insurance.

Analysis of historical data

According to historical records, a total of five typhoons have had a significant impact on the area where the Company islocated in the past 50 years. Among them, three typhoons made direct landfall in the area, namely Typhoon No. 23 in 1989,Typhoon No. 9 “Matsa” and Typhoon No. 15 “Khanun" in 2005.
