In 2024, Sharetronic Data forged forward andseized the opportunities of the new era. The Companyachieved overall high-quality development as driven bytechnological innovations. At a time when sustainabledevelopment has become a global consensus, Sharetronic Dataactively responded to the call of the times, and adhered to thephilosophy of sustainable development, to continuously improvethe management of sustainable development. In addition, weactively ful?lled our social responsibility, and explored a path tohigh-quality development with the unique characteristics ofSharetronic Data, through the deep integration of technologicalinnovation with the ESG (environment, society and governance)philosophy.In 2024, the Company continued to focus on the “cloud-edge-device” integrated intelligent storage and intelligent IoT systems,and deeply explored business lines such as intelligent storage,intelligent IoT, cloud services, computing power servers, andserver remanufacturing. Riding on the wave of AI, Sharetronic Data has successively set up a number of business divisions centered on AIoTsince its establishment, and explored the ?eld of AI, from server remanufacturing to AIoT intelligent terminals. In March2024, In?Sight, an AI intelligent business division of the Company, was of?cially established in Hangzhou.“In?Sight” is derived from “In?nity Insight”, hoping to explore, gain insights and analyze data from the storemanagement process without being restricted by space or system, and using data to help stores rede?ne of?ine

management methods. Unlike traditional SaaS, In?Sight’s AI visual algorithms (CV) and the AI-driven chain storeoperation system focus more on using system tools and of?ine data collection capabilities to mine all the datagenerated during store management processes. Through data models, it provides automated decision-making for theoperation of chain stores. From the perspective of store ?nancial revenue models, it helps stores solve overlookedoperational management costs and reach revenue goals more ef?ciently.

Relying on the SaaS system of Fcloud, cross-border e-commerce enterprises can utilize AI technology empowerment toaccurately reach overseas consumers through matrix account cultivation, AI video editing, live commerce/live streamingand other methods on multiple overseas social media platforms, which will help cross-border e-commerce enterprises toachieve growth in their overseas business. Now, the SaaS system of Fcloud, based on its absolute advantage ofdeploying over 50 public cloud nodes, 500+ backbone network nodes and 1,000+ edge nodes across 25 regionsworldwide, has gained high recognition from clients in ?elds such as legal and compliant network operation environment,social media account registration, multi-platform matrix account cultivation, AI video editing, live commerce and e-commerce live streaming.Under the current background where the state vigorously encourages enterprises to “go global”, the cross-border e-commerce ?eld has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. During the Reporting Period, the Company conductedcomprehensive testing of hazard factors such as noise, dust, and chemicals in areas including the mold center, quality laboratory,electronics workshop, chemical warehouse, and hazardous waste warehouse, and took corresponding preventive measures based onthe testing results.
