The Company replaced the low-e?ciency air-cooled units with high-e?ciency water-cooled units and implemented variablefrequency water pumps to dynamically adjust the operating speed based on actual cooling loads, achieving precise coolingand effectively avoiding energy waste; the AC system is equipped with an intelligent group control system, additionallyfitted with inverters and variable frequency control cabinets to address issues such as excess cooling capacity, highenergy consumption of units, and low overall system e?ciency. As a result, the comprehensive energy e?ciency ratio ofthe injection molding machine room at the park area increased from 3.2 to over 6.5 in 2024. This improvement saves 3.09million kWh of electricity annually and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1,658 tons.

In 2024, the Company implemented a new process for the co-planarwelding of controllers, focusing on innovative changes in the overallprocess layout. By integrating flip-chip technology and adjusting reflowsoldering techniques, the process allows for double-sided, one-time reowsoldering of the PCBA board, completing the soldering and xation of allsurface-mounted components. According to statistics, the application ofthis technology saves approximately 285,000 kWh of electricity annually.

Previously, the cooling towers maintained properwater quality by adding chemicals, which requiredlarge amounts of water to be discharged in order tokeep the conductivity within the normal range. Byintroducing soft water equipment to supplement softwater, the input of calcium and magnesium ions wasreduced, thereby lowering the discharge of coolingwater. This project has been implemented acrossvarious production bases through group promotion, including in Zhuhai, Shijiazhuang, Ganzhou, andChangsha.
